Excursions operated daily by comfortable deluxe motor coach

Mt Pilatus - The Golden Round Trip
Travel to Kriens in coach with guide. This is the starting
point for the "Golden Roundtrip." You will then
independently take the panoramic gondola and aerial cable
car to reach the top of Mt. Pilatus (7000 feet above sea-level).
Enjoy the magnificent view of the Alps and lake. Several restaurants
and a large sun terrace await you. Experience the descent
to Alpnachstad on the steepest cogwheel railway in the world.
Continue by boat on Lake Lucerne to Lucerne. Here you will
have some time at your leisure before meeting your guide and
returning to Zurich by coach.

Bürgenstock Tour
You will travel to Lucerne by coach with a guide. At the pier
you will continue the journey independently. You will embark
on a delightful cruise on Lake Lucerne to Kehrsiten-Bürgenstock.
Take the nostalgic funicular railway up to Bürgenstock
and enjoy an unforgettable panoramic view over the beautiful
Alps and over Lake Lucerne. Bürgenstock is an idyllic
spot for strolling. You will return back to Lucerne for have
an hour of time at leisure before travelling back to Zurich
by coach.

Lucerne Folklore Tour
This tour begins with a pleasant journey to Lucerne. After
a short introductory tour of the town, you will lunch in a
typical Old Town Restaurant where traditional Swiss dishes
are served. You will start with a cheese fondue, followed
by bratwurst and Rosti potatoes. A delicious dessert rounds
the meal off. During lunch you will be entertained with yodelling,
singing, Alphomblowing and flag-throwing. This whole programme
lasts about two hours. The afternoon will be yours for sightseeing
and shopping, after which you will return to Zurich.

The Zurich Trolley Experience - Official Tour of Zurich
Discover
the sights of Zurich aboard the unique 'Classic Trolley'.
This trolley is based on the style of the past, but with all
the comforts for today's discerning traveller. A headset with
a choice of seven languages is provided and you will be taken
though the beautiful city, famous for its business and financial
centre. You will also see the Bahnhofstrasse, a section in
the Old Town, Fraumünster Church with its awesome Chagall
windows, historic Limmatquai, the university district as well
as Zurich's vantage point on the lake.

Cityrama - The great tour of Zurich
This tour includes the most interesting sights of Zurich and
surroundings. You will start with a city tour followed by
a drive along the Höhenstrasse. Enjoy the spectacular
views of the surrounding Alps en route to Rapperswil, the
'City of Roses'. You will visit the beautiful rose gardens,
the majestic castle, the deer park of Lindenhof and the picturesque
Old Town. Afterwards you will enjoy a two hour cruise on Lake
Zurich.
Dates:
Daily, all year round; from April - December the tour includes
coach and cruise, during winter timer, the Golden Coast Express
replaces the boat.

Heidi-land Tour
Heidi's
world is not just a fairy-tale, it exists! It is a world of
mountains and valleys, alpine lakes and pastures, waterfalls,
gorges, caves and panoramic scenery. After a tour of Zurich
you will travel to Toggenburg, a picturesque scenery of green
hills and valleys. You will visit the setting of Heidi's story:
Maienfield, Bad Ragaz, mountain huts and of course the Alps.
You will have some time at leisure in Vaduz, the capital of
the Principality of Liechtenstein. Visit the charming old
village of Werdenberg with the castle of the Counts of Werdenberg.
You will drive back along Lake Walen to Zurich.

Mount Titlis - Glacier Paradise
An
adventure to the highest vantage point in Central Switzerland.
In Engelberg you will board the cable way for a 45 minute
journey from the green valley to the alpine glacier region.
You will enjoy a ride in the world's first revolting ROTAIR
gondola that will bring you up to the summit at 3020m overlooking
the Swiss Alps. Snow and ice are guaranteed the whole year
round. Visit the Ice Grotto and maybe, if you are brave, go
for a turn in the "ice Flyer"-chair lift with fantastic
views over crevasses and ice falls or enjoy a snow slide on
the fun lift (all included in the tour prize). After the descent
you will board you coach and drive to Lucerne for a one hour
visit before returning to Zurich.

Engelberg -The great Mountain Village
An
excursion to the ever popular summer and winter resort of
Central Switzerland. Engelberg (Angel Mountain) was originally
founded by the Benedictines and the imposing monastery dominates
the center of the village. The monastery church is built in
the Baroque style and has the largest organ in Switzerland.
You will enjoy a two to three hour relaxing stay in this lovely
mountain village before returning to Zurich.

Monday
Zurich - Lucerne - Mt. Titlis - Interlaken
You will leave Zurich at 8.30am. A short drive will take you
to Lucerne where you will visit the Lion Monument and the
14th century wooden bridge. Afterwards you will have time
for shopping and sightseeing. At noon you will proceed to
the mountain resort of Engelberg. A cable car ride will take
you to the summit of Mount Tiltis, where you can overlook
the alpine region with its glaciers and eternal snow and ice.
Enjoy a magnificent ride in the world's first revolting Rotair
gondola (take a warm sweater along). In the afternoon you
will cross Bruning Pass to the Bernese Oberland and the small
village of Brienz, where you will see woodcarvers at work.
Afterwards you will travel to the holiday resort of Interlaken
at the foot of the Jungfrau mountain.
Overnight in first class hotel, dinner excluded. [Optional

Tuesday
Interlaken - Berne - Gruyeres - Geneva [B]
You will drive along the beautiful Lake Thun to the Swiss
capital Berne. The attractive city is set on a steep sided
curve of the River Aare with the majestic Alps behind it.
During the city tour you will visit the Clock Tower, Kramgasse
and the 15th century cathedral of St Vincent. A drive to the
south will take you past the scenic dairy farmlands to Gruyeres,
a picturesque hilltop town, whose castle looks like a mediaeval
setting for fairy-tales. You will visit a milk factory and
then continue to the Vaud Riviera where you will reach Geneva.

Wednesday
Geneva - Montreux - Zermatt [B, D]
You will start with a city tour of Geneva and see the beautiful
parks along the Lake, as well as the Old Town with its cathedral,
the town hall and the European seat of the United Nations.
Later, when you will leave Geneva and on your way to Lausanne
and Montreux you will pass by Chillon Castle, the 13th century
fortress which inspired Mary Shelley's Frankenstein and Lord
Byron's poem. You will proceed through the Valais, the valley
of the Rhone with its orchards and vineyards. At Täsch
you will board a cogwheel train which will take you to Zermatt
at the foot of the Matterhorn. Overnight in first class hotel,
dinner included.
Thursday
Zermatt - Nufenen Pass - Lugano [B]
You have the morning free in Zermatt to admire the quaint
old farm houses and barns, to do some shopping or to take
a cogwheel train up to Gornergrat for a spectacular view of
the surrounding snow-covered peaks. In the afternoon you will
travel by train to Täsch and then by coach over the Nufene
Pass to the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland. You will
overnight in the garden city of Lugano. Overnight in first
class hotel, dinner excluded.
Friday
Lugano - Lake Como - Maloja Pass - St Moritz [B, D]
You will drive along the panoramic road to Gandria, where
you will cross the border into Italy and travel along the
romantic shores of Lake Como via Menaggio to Chiavenna in
the lovely Breggaglia Valley. In Castasegne you will re-enter
Switzerland and ascent along the thirteen hairpin bends over
the Maloja Pass. Passing by crystal blue Lake Sils and Silvaplana
you will eventually reach the world-renowned alpine resort
of St Moritz.
Overnight in first class hotel, dinner included. Visa for
Italy required.
Saturday
St Moritz - Vaduz - Zurich [B]
You will cross the Fluela Pass to Davos. When you arrive in
the capital of the Principality of Liechtenstein you will
have time for lunch and sightseeing. This tiny country has
a mighty castle which houses the present Prince and his family.
In the afternoon you will return to Zurich through the scenic
Toggenburg region with its picturesque farmhouses.
Sunday
Zurich - Rapperswil - Boatride on Lake of Zurich [B]
You will be collected at 10:15 a.m. for a tour that shows
you the most interesting sights of Zurich and its surroundings.
Then you drive along the Hohenstrasse with its spectacular
views of the Alps to Rapperswil, the town of the Roses, where
sites include the rose garden, the castle and the deer park
on the Lindenhof. In the afternoon you will return to Zurich
by boat.
Overnight in first class hotel, dinner excluded.

Zurich
Breakfast is served at the hotel. Check-out is no later than
